House rules, cancellation & refund policy

HOUSE RULES
• Check-in is 2:00 PM. Check-out is 12:00 NN the following day.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight (maximum of 10 guests for the whole house).
• No smoking inside the house. No pets unless approved in advance.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
• No parties or events without prior approval.
• Please take care of the house. Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items.
• Turn off lights, heaters and appliances when leaving the house.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
• Your booking is confirmed once we receive the 50% down payment. Unpaid bookings are released after 24 hours.
• The remaining 50% balance is paid on check-in.

CANCELLATION & REFUND
• Cancel or rebook 7 days or more before check-in: your down payment can be moved to another date, subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 7 days of check-in and no-shows: the down payment is non-refundable.
